We see each community
and every development
as one of a kind.
We see each day
and every person at Chaparral
as one of a kind.
It takes a team of one-of-a-kind individuals to ensure we always over-deliver on all that we do. Why has Chaparral been awarded
“Management Company of the Year” multiple times?
Chaparral managers are tenured community managers with significant industry experience; many have earned their PCAM® designation — the highest professional recognition available for community managers. Additionally, our team consists of multiple CAI “Manager of the Year” award recipients.
We pride ourselves on creating long-term partnerships with our communities, and we still manage our very first association after 40+ years.
Chaparral is a prestigious Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC®). This ensures our team has the skills, experience and integrity to help communities succeed.
We’ve led the charge in reinventing the industry with digital technology that is more transparent and user-friendly — coupled with unsurpassed personal service.
We live, work and play here in Houston. We intimately know the issues that communities face, and we know who to call and how to fix small problems before they become big problems.
And like most Houstonians, we respect honesty, hard work and integrity.
The Chaparral leadership team is truly a team of leaders.
And they’re just a call or email away.
