Why? – Architectural Review and Control for homeowner improvements is a safeguard implemented by the Community Association to protect the property values and harmony of each community.  Each neighborhood reviews requests for improvements for such things as pools, roofs, exterior painting and storage sheds.  The Architectural Review and Control Committee reviews these requests and applies information from the CC&R’s and any other guidelines into making a decision to approve or deny an improvement request
