Pam Bailey, CEO of Chaparral Management since 1985 has been providing the communities of Northwest Houston with distinction as a business professional, public servant and concerned citizen to her board members and residents.  Pam has received numerous accolades for her commitment and dedication to the communities, foundations, organizations that she has chosen and elected to serve.  She has  sat on numerous boards and continues to do so for many organizations.

Her passion and belief is that we all deserve to have the highest quality of life and services for our communities and families.  With that commitment Pam built Chaparral Management, an award winning company that strives on honest, reliable service and has maintained that philosophy since 1985.

Pam has positioned her company to rank as one of the highest level of community association services and has been featured in numerous articles for the commitment this company has lived by.  Pam recently received the 2009 Women of Excellence Award.   Pam and her husband have resided in Houston since 1976.  When she is not working, she enjoys her life with her husband, who was her high school sweetheart, their two sons and five grandchildren.
