Community Association Management in Spring Texas
Chaparral Management was established in 1985 as a Houston based association management company and holds an AAMC designation. Chaparral Management, in 2010, celebrated their 25th anniversary providing quality services to Northwest Harris and Southern Montgomery counties, including communities in the school districts of Spring, Klein, Cy-Fair, Tomball, Magnolia and Montgomery.
Chaparral Management is the only management company to maintain an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau in Harris county. The CEO/President, Pam Bailey has been recognized throughout her career offering a solid foundation, education and support to community associations throughout the greater Northwest Houston areas. Chaparral Management has achieved great success by doing what is right, providing service with integrity and dedication to her board members and residents.
Staff members meet the following criteria:
- Pam Bailey, CMCA, AMS, PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager)
- CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) – Currently all managers are certified
- Continuing Education – 12 hours of education is provided every 2 years for all staff members
